On Friday the 30th of May Sundew Solutions held its inaugural Charity Golf Day at Stonecutters Ridge Golf Course. This was the first pest control specific charity golf event to be held of its type.

A field of over 60 players comprising professional pest managers, resellers and other industry representatives attended this event to help raise funds for the Starlight Children’s Foundation. With a trophy presented to the overall winners Michael and Craig from Southpest.

Through generous donations, contributions by sponsors, raffles and fees collected from players, an amount of $4,600 was raised for the Starlight Foundation which will provide complete care to 117 children in hospital.

The Starlight Children’s Foundation would like to thank Sundew for putting together this event as well as the sponsors Agserv, Bell Laboratories, Globe, and Rapid Solutions. With a special thank you to those who attended and gave so generously to make this day a fantastic success.

Sundew Solutions looks forward to hosting next year’s charity event and raising funds for another worthy charity.
